Volunteers mean so much to For A Real Change, Inc. They may serve within programs or support the programs in other ways. We seek program volunteers, event volunteers, and interns. In addition, we seek volunteers to serve in roles as mentors, teachers, speakers, and assistants. Learn more about these volunteer roles below.

Thanks to the support of our planning committees, partners, and returning supporters, we have limited opportunities for volunteers during the year. We encourage interested volunteers to follow our social media for volunteer postings.
Volunteer Roles
Within For a Real Change, we have a variety of ways in which individuals can serve within our programs during the year. While most roles require a multi-week commitment, guest speakers and event volunteers are great ways to become introduced to our programs.
Event Volunteer Opportunity

Ambassadors for Change
- Ambassadors for Change are advocates for youth education and are knowledgeable enough about For a Real Change, Inc. and its programs to represent our organization at events. AFC's contribute by giving time and monetary gifts. A select number of individuals serve in this role.
- Teen Ambassadors are primarily high-achieving students in the classroom who exhibit leadership skills. As recent or current participants in For a Real Change programs, they serve as teen advisors, and volunteers, and may represent the organization at events. A select number of teens serve in this role.
