For a Real Change, Inc. is pleased to introduce you to Vice Chair Dr. Tanja Bibbs. We celebrate Dr. Bibbs as a founding board member and appreciate the drive and passion for education that she brings to the organization. Let us tell you about her.

Dr. Tanja Bibbs resides in Bowling Green, KY and works at Western Kentucky University (WKU). Dr. Bibbs attended WKU where she received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and Master of Public Administration. She recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Sciences. 

Tanja developed a strong sense of devotion to serving her community as a student at WKU where she joined a service sorority and volunteered regularly with the organization. She is a member of Gamma Sigma Sigma Service Sorority, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the Bowling Green/Warren County Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Over time, Dr. Bibbs’ community engagement efforts have evolved with much of her interests centered on education, social justice, and health related initiatives.
